User Content

This Trepup User Content policy governs the way you post, share or forward user content on Trepup, including (1) through descriptions, titles, images, thumbnails, designs, metadata and other descriptive or promotional material, (2) by commenting, responding, messaging or otherwise posting text, images or other material on any forum or other part of the website that you can change or alter, and (3) through marketing emails to help manage communication and interact with followers, customers or other users.

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and other Policies. For this policy, all capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

All references in this policy to the singular shall include the plural (and vice versa) where applicable, and any gender form shall include all others.

You agree, represent, and warrant that all user content made available by you is uploaded by you, is permitted to be shared by you and constitutes your opinion.

This policy shall be applicable to your employees, officers, representatives, assigns and successors or any person or entity using Trepup services on your behalf.

Prohibited user content

User content that violates any of the Policies or applicable laws and regulations or promotes any activities which may violate any applicable laws or any of the Policies is prohibited.

You agree not to upload, transfer, distribute or facilitate any prohibited user content through text, images, videos, sound, or software to any part of the website, such as your posts and emails on Trepup, including feedback.

Examples of prohibited user content include the following:

HATEFUL, OFFENSIVE, AND HARMFUL CONTENT

Hateful, defamatory, and offensive content is prohibited, including without limitation content that

• discriminates against, threatens, defames, defrauds, degrades, victimizes, or intimidates any individual or group based on ethnic origin, race, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
• features or promotes any organization with views that promote violence or harassment against any individual or group based on ethnic origin, race, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
• we believe to be offensive, such as crime scene photos or human organs and body parts.
• promotes differences or is otherwise culturally insensitive.
• harasses, bullies, or physically or sexually threatens any user.
• is intended to harm or exploit any person.
• may lead to the production of illegal goods, or promote illegal activities or other harmful actions, including, but not limited to, harming oneself, eating disorders, or drug abuse.

FRAUDULENT OR INACCURATE CONTENT

Fraudulent or inaccurate content is prohibited, including without limitation content that

• is malicious, frivolous, inaccurate, patently false, or misleading user content.
• impersonates another person in a misleading or deceptive manner.
• contains surveys or any attempts to collect personal or financial details, passwords, or other similar sensitive information.

MALWARE, LIVE-STREAMING, OR DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

Malware, live-streaming, or downloadable content is prohibited, including without limitation content that

• links websites to malicious software such as malware, viruses, mechanisms of circumvention or other harmful software.
• can be downloaded, live-streamed, or is intended to solicit clicks to other third-party websites that offer any products that are not permitted on Trepup.

INFRINGEMENTS OF DATA PRIVACY AND RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY

Content that violates another person's right to data privacy or right of publicity is prohibited, including without limitation content that

• contains any celebrity images and/or celebrity names without permission from the celebrity or their management, such as product endorsements and merchandise as well as unauthorized celebrity image collections.
• discloses a person's confidential and personally identifiable information without permission of such person or legal basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENTS

Content that violates the IP Rights policy is prohibited, including without limitation content that

• infringes anyone's copyright.
• contains unauthorized replicas of trademarked items.
• promotes the passing-off of trademarked items to be posted on Trepup.

PORNOGRAPHY AND SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT

Content that is adult in nature, features or refers to any sexually explicit or lascivious content is prohibited, including without limitation the following:

• pornography
• nudity
• soiled undergarments
• sexual aid devices
• items sold in adult only categories in novelty stores or erotic boutiques.

VIOLATIONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Content that may affect the security and integrity of any country as may be specified under the applicable laws of the respective country is prohibited.

Prohibitions on exchange of messages

You will only use Trepup by respecting this policy, the Terms of Service and the Policies. Users cannot send messages to other users containing

• offers to make national or international money transfers for amounts exceeding the asking price of a product or service with the intent to request a refund of any portion of the payments.
• unsolicited advertising or marketing of a product or service not offered on Trepup.
• unsolicited advertising or marketing of an external website.
• junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

Intermediary status

We are an intermediary as may be specified under the applicable laws of the respective country. We do not control what our users post, comment, share or say on Trepup and we are not responsible for their or your actions whether online or offline. We are not responsible for services and features offered by others. Our responsibility and liability for anything that happens on Trepup is strictly governed and limited by the applicable laws as may be specified by the respective country.

We expect you to be responsible for what you post and what you see. If any users report your user content to be against these guidelines, we may take enforcement actions, as necessary.
